Richard Graham
Chief Executive Officer
Richard Graham has a significant amount of operational experience and a background in improving and transforming businesses in a variety of sectors.
In his early career he worked for McKinsey, advisors and counsellors to some of the most influential businesses and institutions in the world. Then in 1995 he went on to work for a number of leading North American financial institutions where his responsibilities included a number of front and back office shared service platforms as well as market strategy, P&L accountability in wealth management and retail banking businesses.
In 2002 Richard joined CIBC Retail Bank leadership team with responsibilities including contact centres, electronic banking operation, and alternate branded segments. In 2005 Richard partnered with Oak Hill, a private equity firm to pursue business services acquisitions.
In 2007 Richard joined Vertex as CEO of Vertex Data Science.
Richard has a BA from Queens University Kingston, Canada and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
He is fluent in French and also has interests in sailing and skiing. He is married with three daughters.
