Governance
Our Board reviews our CSR performance quarterly with a final overview at the end of each financial year.
Martin Grainger, Head of Engagement and New Business heads up the Vertex Group CSR team. Our two business divisions are supported by CSR Managers (Sally Booth for Financial Services and Private Sector and Mario Tsavellas for Public Sector). They are responsible for developing/delivering projects and initiatives specific and relevant to their local operations.
