Andrea joined Vertex in August 2007, having previously been on the Board of BAe Systems where as HR Director she played a central Board role in leading the growth of the business, with turnover nearly doubling in a 3 year period. In this and previous roles with Unilever and Ford Motor Company Andrea has seen considerable success in driving employee engagement, leadership development and change management.
Andrea has a Master's Degree in HR from the Rotterdam School of Management and an MBA from Warwick University.
